Okay, so I caught the infomercial shopping bug. I am, however, smart enough to not actually buy anything, but do internet research on the products. Two days ago, I was so close to buying washcloths with tanning stuff on them that I had my credit card in my hand, the number dialed and was waiting to push send. Thank god I have one shred of reality in my head that stops me from actually purchasing crap.
This summer I am also addicted to swimsuits. Even though I shouldn't be, I'm all about online shopping for swimwear. The only thing I have actually bought so far is a bikini bottom that goes with a top I have, since the one I bought first looked really stupid on me....(curse you boy shorts).
I have to go take a shower now, since I just ate at Garfields and now smell like the onions off my philly cheese steak sandwich.

Amanda's Menagerie
I am dog sitting my sister's dog. Who knew that adding one more animal to my studio apartment would make such a difference? I actually love having a full house. It's a total zoo! Sleeping is another issue in itself. My dog and cat like to snuggle up to me after playing for like 40 minutes on the bed, whilst Caesar (sisters' dog) loves to play for around a solid hour, then on and off the entire night. I have discovered putting him in his crate is a good idea.
I went to a wedding yesterday, and it was only 30 minutes long. I can't even imagine how much the wedding cost per minute, considering the flowers, tuxes, dresses and church fees. It makes the idea of running off to the bahamas to get married look good.

As I wasted an hour of my life watching American Idol for the second time this season, I noticed that Fantasia "bo bo" whatever her last name is sounds like Mary J. Blige, and the other Hawaiian girl bears a striking resemblance to J. Lo. The season finale was packed of washed up actors and actresses. I thought wow, I guess that's one way you know you're not on the A List...being an honored guest on American Idol. In one of the out takes from the show it proved my point: the makeup girl didn't know who Barry Manilow was...
Is there anything to do in Terre Haute this weekend that doesn't involve the white trash fest?

RANDOM THOUGHT:
Does anyone out there remember the Wuzzles cartoons and stuffed animals? I think I am the only person on the whole plantet who remember them. I have one at my apartment right now. It's Hoppapotamus. She's a blue hippo/rabbit hybrid. I don't recall giving her a real name, I think I just called her Hoppapotamus. When I was on vacation out west Hoppapotamus married my sister's stuffed animal Boo Bear. We sewed wedding rings on their fingers. Hoppapotamus and I were inseperable, until I got a stuffed yellow bunny. Now I have passed Hoppapotamus onto my dog Maddy who loves to chew the plastic eyeballs off everything.
